Virlago Inc. Order Processing & Shipping
We process orders within 48 Hours of receipt Monday through Friday, during normal business hours 9 AM-6 PM (CST). Virlago ships orders weekly using USPS, Fedex, or USP. Shipping usually takes 3-5 days for delivery.
Virlago Inc Only Ships to the Confirmed Billing Address. The Billing & Shipping address must match in order for the order to be processed and submitted. Change of addresses after submission is prohibited.
Please order far enough in advance to allow for any delivery delays. We are not responsible for any carrier delays due to holidays or weather conditions. We rely on the USPS/UPS/Fedex to deliver your order on time. We do not offer reimbursements for delayed shipments. Once the item has shipped w/ insurance, Virlago Inc. releases liability to the courier and the customer. If there are any problems are delays with shipping, please contact the responsible courier for additional help or information.
Returns & Exchanges
Virlago will accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of purchase provided that the hair extensions are still intact and no dying or styling of any kind has occurred.
You must notify us through email (email@example.com) of any issues with the product within 3 days of receipt, otherwise all sales are final and no refunds or returns will be accepted for any reason. Before returning any product you must request a return authorization. To do so please contact us using the information found here.
Customers are liable for the price of return shipping, with the exception of defects due to manufacturing. Should there be a manufacturing defect Virlago will not charge a restocking fee and will offer an exchange at no cost to you.
We strongly encourage customers to inspect the hair upon receipt.
